Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment and or Pickup of purchased items

The buyer is responsible for all shipping/delivery fees. Pickup of larger over sized pieces can be arranged by appointment Saturdays noon-5 p.m. We do require purchasing shipping insurance through the company you choose.

Shipment processing time

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days.


Our Website ( is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier* to file a claim. We recommend photographing the damaged item and packing materials, also save packing materials before filing a claim.

- New Orleans / Metaire, Louisiana

- Jackson, Mississippi

- Mobile, Alabama

Shipping arrangements for furniture and bulk items are the responsibility of the purchaser outside area stated above. However, we will assist wherever possible.

Pickup at our facilities can be arranged with prior notice.
